The living area is on the middle floor which has access to the garden via the kitchen and front door. There is a modern fitted kitchen with a large oak table. Across the hall there is a comfortable lounge with grey leather sofas and views across the Devon countryside.
There is also a wetroom on this floor with a large walk in shower. Also you will find a large utility room here which houses a wahing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge-freezer and is ideal for the storage of wet suits and beach equipment.
The remaining sleeping accommodation is on the lower ground floor with a double room with 5' bed and a further twin room which also has a sofabed and TV with Xbox games consul to keep the whole family entertained.
